Cancelation, No-Show, and Late Policy

Time matters in our business model — yours and ours. Because our waxing studio operates on efficient, carefully scheduled service windows, late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows greatly impact our ability to serve all clients fairly. Please schedule accordingly and allow extra time for traffic or unexpected delays. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Please arrive a few minutes early for the best service experience. We offer a 5-minute grace period; after that, appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
• We understand emergencies happen and will always handle rare, unexpected situations with care and understanding.
• Repeated lateness or short-notice cancellations may result in limited pre-booking privileges.
